Description Plasma Fusion Cell volume and ignition test 1. This video didnt load properly, so you cannot see ignition test or run test on vehicle. I am working on a higher producing cell so I will post results when I get time. I am trying to recover exhaust heat to make system more efficient. Carbon Arc through steam in an oxygen starved environment seems to work best of all for gas production.
